Over a year ago Dominick purchased Rosatti’s and it changed hands. Everything is so much better and Amazing. Thin crust (especially if you order well done so it is more crispy) is as close to Chicago style thin crust anywhere in the Valley and the deep dish is fantastic. Fried mushrooms and garlic bread also great!!! Delivery driver is his dad, Tony, so if you want delivery call a little earlier in the day and they can get you on the schedule and it will arrive piping hot!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for Chicago tavern style or deep dish. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

I grew up in northern Illinois so having Rosati's nearby now in the desert is a treat. I loved the thin crust pizza and Italian beef sandwich we had recently, tastes just like back in Chicago. Also, having iced cold mugs to drink our beers in was a great touch. The woman working the counter there needs to find her customer service face though, just a blank face with no greeting or any sort of warmth.

Our fav pizza in the Coachellla Valley ! First stop for the winter was to Rosatis patio. I had a nice glass of wine and my husband had a local beer! The pizza is truly amazing! Owner and staff are friendly and great service ! They also deliver if needed. Try it !!

Rosati’s came well recommended so we drove out to LaQuinta from Temecula/Murrieta area..and it was well worth the drive!! Many restaurants bill themselves as Family-Friendly, But Rosati’s TRULY Exemplifies this motto in every sense of the word. The Owner - Domenic Pomponio and his Father Tony were working the restaurant diligently and tending to all of their guests with gracious service & hospitality…they even came over and made conversation with my 3 & 6 year old daughters. They truly treat you like Family when you’re there and it makes for a great Family Meal. You pair this exceptional hospitality with deliciously authentic food, and you have an awesomely satisfying dining experience at Rosati’s. I recommend the wings, they were cooked perfectly; they had a nice crispy texture on the outside, but remained meaty & moist on the inside with a tangy & savory buffalo sauce..I couldn’t get enough. For pizza, my family and I got the Chicago-Style Thin Crust and it was amazing!! With many other places giving you doughy, spongy bland pizza…Rosati’s thin crust is a superb revelation; with a fresh crunch & indulgent scratch made marinara sauce in every bite. You can smell and taste the authentic flavor & quality of cook from a real pizza oven. I would make the drive again and we will certainly stop here every time that we are in the desert, because my entire family loved the food and the service certainly made us feel like Family!! Love the pizza here, we did take out. Don’t bother with delivery apps their old school. It’s a small place with weird hours I believe from 2 to 8pm but hopefully they change your hours for the better considering it’s one of the best pizza is the best I’ve had in Cali! Deep dish was amazing regular pizza was nice thin crust and sauce was nice!

Definitely not a five star pizza however, it was delicious ingredients were plentiful and I would buy it again. It will take your craving away for that deep dish Chicago pizza for sure however, you can definitely tell it’s not from Chicago.

We originally came for pizza, wings and beer. Unfortunately they no longer sell beer. However the food was absolutely amazing. The wings were on point and our deep dish pizza was the best ever. Definitely out weighed the beer... The service was great and the only thing missing was the beer but that will not affect my 5 star rating. The best place so far in the Indio desert area for sure!!!

If you want authentic Chicago style pizza, Rosati’s is your place! Their choice of pastas is delicious and flavorful, would also recommend!
